I made a list minute appointment to be picked up after a procedure. Company had openings on the day of procedure when I called 2 days before. Company arrived quickly. Driver was very friendly. I will be going back for a procedure and will use this company again. Price was also very reasonable.

Absolute worst transportation service I’ve used! Drivers hit curbs, missed exits, were late picking up, showed up at the incorrect address for pick-up (telling dispatch they were at the destination), and were generally unprofessional. Perhaps if they were actual employees rather than subcontractors they would treat clients better, but I found reservation employees were not much better. After making a reservation two weeks in advance (and paying in advance), they waited until right before my appointment to call me and tell me they didn’t have a van available and could they call my doctor and cancel my appointment!

Was very pleasantly surprised to find this service because it is very much needed. I used the service for the first time yesterday - in the pouring rain. The driver was early and helped me get into the car. I am currently wearing a big clunky Aid Walker boot and was also using a walker. She helped me into the car and made sure I was comfortable. We had the most pleasant ride to the Orthopedic Clinic in spite of the I-30/I-35 traffic. I've always used a different car service because I did not know about Amera Solutions. Now I'll always be using them. And hopefully get the same driver! Thank you for starting this service.

The staff is friendly, they answer every single question I had. Before making the trip they send me a schedule that was followed punctually. The ambulances that transported my mom from the am hospital to the airport and airport to home were very profesional. They were very clear about prices since the first moment I contacted them. It was worth every penny we spend on transporting my mom back to Mexico.
