I don't often write reviews, but this is an authentic one. I received good service here - I liked John. He dealt with me honestly and respectfully and with integrity. When you buy a used car, there are unknowns, no matter what. But I believe he operates with integrity and intentionality. I bought a 9 year old car from him, paid half \down\ and the rest over a few months. I treated him with respect (I believe) and got respect in return. He has texted polite payment reminders so as to not sneak a late fee. He texts images of the statements immediately after each debit card payment. And the car has been great. Nothing unexpected, just my usual type-a reconditioning here and there.

Be sure to have a trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle prior to purchase! My check engine light came on 3 days after a purchase and needed an 800 repair. I e-mailed John to see if he would be willing to help with the repair cost since I had the car less than 5 days. Of course, he declined.
False advertisement. Fake vehicle pictures. Cars are not there when you show up. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time going here.

Like you don’t know there’s other clean respectful honorable Dealerships to work with that we would rather work with , and give our hard earned money to. Choose wisely! And there not in Plano either!
