This was such a fun experience! The food was good, indulgent, and the portions were big. The drinks are good. I actually went early and brought my family and it was accommodating to everyone. The best thing for me, though, was that it was clean and the private rooms allow you to relax with your family and not worry. There were wrapped, single use covers for the mics and the remote to choose songs was also covered in plastic. I’m already planning my next trip back.

It was a great experience. Truly a good atmosphere and the food was great as well. Everyone enjoyed themselves from the 3yr old all the way up to 57yr old. The staff was awesome and their customer service was above a beyond. I plan on going back and also telling anyone else to try them out!!!

Family Karaoke is THE karaoke spot - accommodating employees, an owner that consistently works in ways to improve the customer experience, great food, and most importantly - a place to have a great time! The employees regularly go above and beyond to ensure patrons can relax and let go, which is a far more difficult job than one would think. Chi is the epitome of an earnest, absolute model employee, who prioritizes kind service and is passionate about customers’ well-being through her cheerfulness, Thomas is a DIY go-getter who is both determined and reliable to provide quick and efficient service through his resourcefulness. Jin, the owner, goes through lengths to make Family exactly as the name implies - a place with an actual sense of family. This is now the only karaoke spot I’m willing to go to ️ P.S. Ask Jin to sing a Bruno Mars song, I have witnessed a patron brought to tears in person as a result of this

This place is awesome! We had of group of about 16. We got really great service. Fun atmosphere. Food was good. No refills on fountain drinks so 4 stars.
