My daughter had both of her hip surgeries here. She was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 15 mo. We drove hours because this was supposed to be the best place with the best doctors. The chief of staff was supposed to do my daughter's surgery but instead a student doctor did. After the surgery she was diagnosed with a foot drop. She had 8 months of physical therapy. She was 6 years old at the time. They accidentally cut her nerve that would left her with a foot drop, causing nerve damage and never being the same. She's 17 now and isn't 100%. Her left side does all kinds of different things by itself randomly. I'll never forget this place because it was so traumatic.

Dr. Tony Herring was chief of staff at Scottish Rite Hospital when I was a patient there from 1975-1989. He was such an incredible Dr. and was so generous with his time and support. Scottish Rite took 10-15 kids every year on a ski trip to Winter Park, Colorado and I was asked to go on almost every trip from 7 years old to 18. We had the best time and made memories I will never forget. We were treated like royalty and our handicaps were our biggest assets for that short time! It was a true family for me and I appreciate all that he and Scottish Rite have done for me and so many kids over the years! Thank you, Dr. Tony!
En el hospital hay muchas personas con un lindo corazón...les gusta ayudar a los niños. Son muy buenos especialistas. Gracias a todos los que laboran ahí.
