I LOVE living here!!! The amenities are amazing - gym, pool, kickboxing, restaurants, movie theater, my church meets inside the movie theater, yoga, dance studio - literally EVERYWHERE I need to go in Dallas is just a few steps away!! All of the staff are the nicest people ever, maintenance is super fast & my loft is so dreamy. Neighbors are friendly too, we actually hang around the pool in the summertime & do house parties every now & then. Love that they also have lockers for packages because I've had packages stolen before other places I've lived & now I don't have to worry about that. I also feel super safe with all the security patrolling the property. The only downside to this property is it's noisy if you live on the DART dog park side. My neighbors across the hall told me their side is quiet & fortunately, transfers are easy so I'm moving to that side before my lease is even up - love how flexible the leasing agents are! :) This is THE best place to live in Dallas & I'm so glad I chose Lofts at Mockingbird Station for my home. I literally NEVER want to live anywhere else; moved in in 2018, already renewed through 2021! :)

Very cool and unique lofts. Awesome views! I loved living here. Super-friendly management. Super-fast maintenance. Truly, one of the best locations in The Big D. Unfortunately, I had to move due to a job relocation. I will forever miss my beautiful apartment. I highly recommended living here. Highly!

Not sure why my previous 1 star review was removed. We didn't even last two months living here. Uncomfortable and intrusive experience. I personally do not consider this a luxury living place. Day one: flood in our unit. They basically kicked us out and put us in a cheap hotel while they repaired the tub. The pool was always packed with non-residents during the summer. The last week of living there, there was a trail of vomit in our hall. The sound of the loading trucks kept us from being able to sleep. Management was not a JOY to work with.

This place was a horrid living experience. Workers sent to fix our tub got grease stains on our brand new couch and shower curtain. The manager didn't believe us at first with regards to grease stains. Also within the first month we had to be placed in a dump of a hotel so they could fix structural issues with our apartment. Due to these nightmares we decided to terminate our lease early and they still charged almost 4k to get out of it. Not sure why our previous review(s) have been deleted as everything stated in them was factual and documented.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love living in our loft here at Mockingbird Station. We’ve now lived here for 8 months and STILL love it. Holly and Austin are so sweet and helpful. I love having a fitness room overlooking downtown. The pool also has an awesome view. I love the rustic windows and cement pillar and cement floor. We’re also so close to everything! Starbucks, urban outfitters, a nail salon, a movie theatre, a yoga studio, Kroger, Campisi’s is right across the street. No complaints! Thank you guys!
