Could care less about patients. Worst place ever! Said Dr isn't here, yet he was just in hallway. So ridiculous how veterans are treated.

It's a nice, clean environment. The staff try there best to suit the Veteran's needs. Speaking from firsthand experience. Had a prior appointment. Dr. Mithani and his team was able to get me seen on short notice. I still made my appointment at the VA at Lancaster on time after being seen at Polk St Clinic.
