The office staff was very professional and friendly. They were just opening when I arrived and they were on top of things. Patients were pulled back quicker than any office I've ever been to. Super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. Thank you!

Terrible administration here. Front desk represents office terribly and while extremely frustration at times, I thought that maybe doctors were not aware of it. When an issue came up and the doctors had to be made aware, that’s when it dawned on me they knew all about the office being run so badly and they enabled it. Personal relationships with the doctor are not promoted here, just get in and pay pay pay. I signed up for special evaluation programs and there was never a follow up by the doctor, sometimes the revolving door of nurses would report on my evaluation but a lot of times it felt like the nurses didn’t know exactly how to explain. This place was not worth the many frustrations.

I am a new patient of Dr. Radford. She is amazing. Great listener and knowledgable to improve my health. I will recommend her to anyone.

Finding a good PCP is SO hard. A lot of them don't have any time to talk to you, spend 30 seconds in the room, dictate your options to you, and then breeze out. These people are nothing like that. At this office, your wellness options are always a conversation. They talk to you about what's going on in your body, what different medications might do to help, diet options, etc. They want to know what you're comfortable with. They WANT you to call them and tell them if you're having an issue. I go to see Joyce Danter, the nurse practitioner. She's one of the best. She takes a personal interest in my life and in my health. She's knowledgeable and intelligent, but also not afraid to confirm something with research, unlike a lot of clinicians. I have met Dr Radford a few times. She seems like a delightful person. I am never kept waiting for very long. They are always on time. They can draw blood and run a lot of diagnostic testing right there in the office, which is so convenient. I can't recommend this place enough. As someone that suffers from a couple of chronic health issues, I spend some time here. These people are the best.

I was advised to consent to an expensive health inventory in July 2016 and told my insurance covered it. Now, September 2018, I receive a bill for 775.28 from Radford's office for full payment. Dr. Radford doesn't care about her patients; she lies about what insurance will cover to get billable procedures and then waits over 2 years to bill patients for it hoping they won't remember circumstances. It's all about the money in her mind. This is a sign of poor insurance management and collection communication with patients and their insurance companies - obviously due to high staff turnover. Shame on you Dr. Traci Radford!
