This site is trash, and ran by trash people. Signed up for the membership to review my credit scores. Subsequently called 4 different times to cancel my membership, twice was kept on hold for over 2 hours, one the line was closed 20 mins before it was supposed to be, and once (my fault) where I missed the time to call. Tried to email and chat, and was told they couldn't cancel that way . Finally got through on my fifth attempt, conveniently after the \free trial\ period ended. Then was finally able to cancel and told they would eview\ my request for a refund on their membership fee, which I had \used\ for 2 days. Thanks again freescoresense!

The sign up, login, and initial use of the ScoreSense website and Mobile app was smooth and even enjoyable. I've barley scratched the surface and have already gained great insight into my credit and have started to gain clear sight of a path to improving my scores.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I called to cancel 3 months ago, they said i needed to call them. After 3 emails, they told me to call. I called and they hung up on me during my cancelation. Today i called again to refund, they said it was there discretion to give me a refund. They would not give me my money back. Playing games, i don't appreciate it. I'm fighting the fees through my bank.

I'm not sure if it is you or the loan company that uses your company. As I was filling out the papers to get approved they give you a link to your website. During the initial paper work it states that the credit report is FREE. Then you come to your website, you have to give a credit card to even get the information the loan company requires. I think this is very miss leading. Sure you get a trail period then it is 19.99 a month. This is not what the loan company states. It states it is Free!!!! Very miss leading to the consumer.
