Terrence is very polite, professional, and informative. He always makes sure that I am happy with my purchase, and teaches me new facts about tea with every visit. He also replies to messages from the website in a timely manner. This is not to mention fantastic quality tea and brewing products. My yixing teapot has been one of my favorite new acquisitions. His office is a bit hard to find, but so worth looking for.
