I really hate putting reviews like this online, but it has to be said. I would not go here for a cut nor color. My experience was very poor and unfortunately I will not be returning. I have thinning hair and came because I reviewed their website and spoke with a gal on the phone who assured me they were skilled on cutting thin hair. I asked for the level one stylist, knowing I would have to make some compromises and have lower expectations for choosing someone with less experience. But I wasn’t expecting this low. I asked for a pretty basic all over color and a simple cut, showed pictures and brought a short YouTube video to show what I was looking for, however, it did not seem the stylist cared for them much. But meh--even though the outcome of my cut and color was worse than what I expected, that is not the primary reason I am writing this review. The team was unprofessional to other clients as well as their own manager (who was not onsite). During my appointment, I was the only customer in the salon with only one other customer who came for a quick cut. I overheard the stylists speaking poorly about other clients who called or who walked in. I also overheard them speaking poorly about their own manager. They were speaking so loudly as if they didn’t know I was there? Um..Hello, I can hear everything you’re saying... My hair will grow back and my color will fade, but the service was not pleasurable and for this reason I will not be returning.

I bought a wig I paid 800 dollars it kept getting matted o returned it two days later and they deep co diyooned it when I picked it up it was nice a smooth o wore it out and within hours it began to get tangled and matted and frizzed up I retired that same day to shot Brittany , o made an appointment with the salonsmager Nrtam Amd Sarah , o levy work toery with Bryan and he wasn’t there and no one advised me of this , Sarah already head it I’m her mind she wasn’t going to help me and refused to help me . Brittany lord said my extebtopmx were always matted when I’ve only been there twice and o My mom re see them up fir maintain them Sarah said o gave her Vovid when Brittany during the shut down if businesses worked unfriendly be going to peoples house . I have txt messages . . Don’t go there they all be are unprofessional and they work individually without the salón knowing and don’t claim the extra income on their taxes taking the saints clientele !

Went in for a tape in installment/move up and the stylist that put them in DIDNT know what they were doing. The tapes were installed so close to my neck and when pulling my hair up into a ponytail, you could see all the tapes. Had to drive back for them to fix it. Plus they don’t have a set rate pricing for the extension move up which seemed odd and over priced. Save your coins & pass this place up.
