We have used Underdog Kennels for several years and couldn’t be happier! They truly care about the health and well being of your dog! The staff is so very friendly and greet our pup by name every time he visits!

My dogs love this place! The staff is attentive and I trust them with regular daycare and boarding while I travel. They play the dogs and give them naps in cycles throughout the day - a perfect combination - they also celebrate doggy birthdays!
I have been taking my dog to Underdog Kennels for several years now. I have always been impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff was. Rob, the owner, is a dog lover first and foremost and it shows in the way he runs the business. He and the staff all genuinely seem to love having your pet stay with them. My dog is always excited to go there for daycare and boarding, so that tells me all I need to know, he is loved!

I work at UT Southwestern which is minutes away from Underdog. They give a UTSW discount! I went and got a quick tour of the place before taking my pitbulI. (No breed restrictions!) It is a warehouse type of housing with kennels and an indoor play area, and it looked clean. I wasn't able to view the outdoor area at that time because it was being used for private play. I have been taking her to Underdog for about a month 1-2 times a week. Rob and the other employees are all very sweet when they pick up and drop her off with me at my car. With COVID, there are certain hours you can drop off and pick up. What I like is that they group the dogs by temperament and they let each group out to play with each other for a bit, come back in and rest, and go back out again later. After her first meet and greet day of daycare, she got a cute report card that listed her in the Tweens group, names of friends she made, and a handwritten note about how she did. They don't have cameras, but they post pictures several times a day on their Facebook page and have gotten some great candid shots of my pup.
