I have bought 2 vehicles from Young Chevrolet. Kevin was absolutely wonderful, and extremely helpful . He took the time to help me find the right vehicle for me. I first bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado from him , and was so happy with the experience that I went back and bought my 2018 Chevy Cruze. I highly recommend Young for anyone looking to buy a new Chevy. Had a great experience. I Would definitely recommend our salesman, Adrian Pineda. He was honest, direct, and helped us get into a car within our price range! we had gone to other dealerships and always got denied into getting something our price range, but he made it happen! STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM! Head to the dealership & ask for Adrian! He will get you a great deal without wasting your time!! ️️️️️
I am writing a 2 part review. I would give the salespeople a 4 star for doing what they should be doing in selling a car. They were attentive and helpful. I knew what car I wanted but I was still on the fence about it. Overall I knew I wanted the car so I bit the bullet and moved forward with financing the car. My second part review would be a 1 star because after you purchase the vehicle you better hope you don't need to contact them again and something isn't wrong. I have called over 6 times and been sent to a voicemail each time. No calls back. Very upsetting that I can't seem to speak to anyone or they just transfer you off to another voicemail. Very disappointing. I am trying to check on why my purchased maintenance plan is not pulling up with my vehicle. Apparently no one can help at this place. If they offer this plan to you DO NOT purchase it or you'll be running around in circles and not receive any good customer service.
My experience was good, except for the wait time, which wasn't too long. I would say that it took about. 4 hours for me to drive off in my new , which wasn't too bad, but always let your potential customer know why they're waiting, and what's taking so long. Keep them informed while they're waiting. My overall experience was good. God used you to make my day. Hallelujah!!! Continue to be a Blessing!
The people at Young Chevrolet are very friendly and very professional my vehicle was fixed back to its original condition I'm extremely happy
