A complete scam from day one. They practice the oldest game in the book. The 'every day' price was exactly 30% lower than what they had the couch on sale for. So, they marked it up by 30%, charged almost 2,000 to select a different fabric which was poorly done, and then didn't include the throw pillows that were supposed to come with it nor provide any documentation of the additional 250 that I paid to cover fabric protection. Why this is not considered a criminal act is beyond me. I only went through with the sale because my husband liked the couch. I will never again deal with this company.
Wonderful experience start to finish! Worked with Raquel to choose my couch and she was so knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. We had fun with the process because of her, no hard-sell, just professional and nice. Now that my couch is here, it really is exactly what I wanted.
This place is great, no high pressure sales, instead we worked with our salesperson who helped us find the right furniture solution for now and in the future. The sales experience was closer to a design consultation than buying a used car. The ability to customize every detail and still know that your money is going towards quality feels good when it's time to pay. I would recommend this place to anyone who has been dissatisfied with the furniture buying experience and wants a custom solution made just for them.
Avoid Bassett Home Furniture - they sell absurdly overpriced junk furniture made in Vietnam. Their scam is to advertise a 70% discount on furniture, offer no sales tax and free delivery; however at this point you’re still purchasing absurdly overpriced junk. When are they not having a going out of business sale? Bunch of shysters!
