Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in terms of dealing with a restaurant. We ordered 250 worth of food for a Thanksgiving dinner the day before Thanksgiving and received a confirmation of the order with a time slot to pickup our order the next evening between 5pm & 5:30pm. We arrived about 1 hour prior to our time slot and stood in a line about a block long for over 2 hours. An employee came out and apologized to the crowd of people in line, and stated that they were shutting down the restaurant, for us to contact the corporate office with any complaints and they would likely be offering something to customers who did not get their orders. i was beside myself, we had dinner guests waiting, and no Thanksgiving meal. We scrambled to come up with an alternate meal but unfortunately our Thanksgiving Day was ruined. Our guests left hungry and we ended up eating peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches. I am thoroughly enraged at the poor planning and mismanagement of customer orders. The fact that we ordered 24 hours prior and received a confirmation of our order as well as a pickup time and the restaurant ran out of food????? This completely blows me away and makes no sense. Boston Market has lost my respect, as well as my business. Shame on you, you turned a lot of people away without the dinners they ordered, ultimately ruining a lot of holiday dinners and \get togethers\. So thank you Boston Market for making our Thanksgiving so memorable and fun....(NOT!!!)

Great customer service. My go-to for quick prime rib dinner
I usually give Boston market five stars, but this last time I went to food was cold. It was still seasoned well, but the fact that it was cold really threw me off. It may seem unfair to go from five stars to two, but when you're talking about getting a hot meal, I feel like the hot is an important aspect of enjoying it. I do plan on going and getting more food to eat in the future, but no time soon. Hopefully they get it together by the time I do decide to go back. Three stars. ️
Jacqueline R. did a great job in her review, and it's true there us a shortage of reviews re the expansive lunch buffet. This restaurant has been here for 8 years now and I've had the lunch buffet 3 times in the past several weeks. Always yummy and they will bring you a basket on naan bread if you ask. The service from Manu was fast and friendly. They validate parking in the garage behind. You can enter from Ventura blvd or Libbet street.
The only thing I liked was the mac n cheese..
