This isn't the cleanest CVS I've been to, the floor is always in bit of a disarray and the layout is kinda confusing. But I come here to fill my prescriptions, so to avoid the store I re-fill on line and use the drive through pharmacy. Although when I do visit the store, the staff is especially friendly and accommodating, particularly the pharmacy staff. They always have a great attitude and expert patience. Parking lot is a little jammed due to poor design, so I usually park on the street near the bank to a quick exit.
Pharmacy is slow and doesn’t open on time. The only saving grace is that there is a drive thru..if you are going to wait, might as well be in the comfort of your own car.
My daughter had a 12:30pm Covid test and we waited almost 2 hours in our car! We tested before at a different location so I know that there is a better and efficient way to do test people. They NEED HELP!! Choose a different location!!!
There are a lot of monster drinks here!
The service was compassionate, professional and timely. The vaccines administered were painless. I would trust them to vaccinate my grandchildren.
Due to my insurance company I’ve had to endure the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. My prescriptions are never ready on time even after calling them in and talking to a pharmacist it’s always at least a 15-20 minute wait. Customer service is definitely lacking here and I’d like to mention that on a couple of occasions I had different medication mixed into my pill bottles that were not mine. The fact there a drive-thru pharmacy is great but unfortunately there’s nothing great about this pharmacy and staff.
An excellent addition to serve the residents of Serramonte district. It has a wide variety of over the counter medicines and cosmetics. Nice staff, too.
