Bought engagement rings and wedding bands at this location. Engagement ring was purchased with financing because there was 0% interest rate. Bought wedding bands later and was lead to believe they would have the same deal. However I see now that I did get charged interest, and I'm out 150 in interest charges over just a few months. Do not believe them about financing. Pay cash.

We got an engagement ring from the store and it started falling apart in 10 months. We came back for a repair since it was still under 12 months warranty. They told us that it is no longer covered under warranty since we missed 6 months inspection that they never told us about. They also tried to charge us 400 for a small repair. Stay away from this brand. It is a scam company.

Today I spent 50 minutes inside Kay jewlers watching hazel help out other people. I came I for a return of a ring which takes a simple 5 minutes. This lady didn't tell us sorry for the wait, or anything. Just just watched us stand around the store. The other man in the store was actually helping out another customer but this lady did not look like she wanted to help us. Terrible customer service. If you're trying to find a ring try a pawn shop because the people there will actually help you. Also I confronted her about this at the end and she ended up bitching me out telling me how I'm wrong. I asked for the managers number and she just gave me the store card. Hazel is rude and inconsiderate. She told me I was rude. If you're not gonna have customer service go work at somewhere where you don't need to talk to people!
