The store has 2 floors. Many clothes, branded bags, shoes, baby items. Return line is long. The store doesn't have many home merchandises only small area in the corner.

I wanted to update this review because my wedding is now over and my dress and veil were perfect! Nordstrom Rack did a fantastic job and were such a pleasure to work with. The only advice I would give any bride is have the bridal salon reinforce the bustle on your dress as much as they can

Came here on a Mon, after 5:30pm for a return. Piece of cake getting into the parking lot & finding a space. Going inside, security guard directed me towards the Return/Pickups area which had 2 people in front of me! My items were online so returning them was the easiest return I've ever made. Spent more time looking around upstairs then I did in line. A little show down when I made a purchase, had to wait a little which wasn't a problem for me.

Has recently become my go to Nordstrom Rack in the area since covid has limited some stores w/no dressing rooms. This one does have open dressing rooms for customers and I can actively hear the sales associates cleaning and wiping down the rooms once the people leave. The clothing selection here is far more adequate for women than men but I’m sure men could find something from here if they had to!

There is a lovely lady who’s name is Ana Vasquez in the women’s cloth department that helped me get the designer clothes through the complicated security wires. Besides. She also kept her eye on the items I chose for me to avoid another customer to take it away when I was still shopping around. I like her very much. Comparing with the good service employees in the store. The store manger in first floor seems not very friendly I suppose to say. She refused to accept my return item, and told me it is 30 days return policy. Even I explained I was traveling at that period of time.（it was 90 days in my memory). In fact, instead of asking for refund I would just wonder whether I could exchange something with it, and it is only around 20 bucks. I totally understand the return policy of the company, however, I had few similar experience in other NR stores in NewYork and Cleveland. The store managers are all very nice and friendly and being very considerate about the client's situation and accept exchange service pretty smooth. If not because of MS.Ana's help, I would only give this store 1 star due to the first floor manager's service.
