Needed to get blood drawn to complete an employer health check. I was sent here since the original clinic could not draw my blood in either arm since I have deep and rolling veins. I was able to find a same day appointment, was in and out in 7 minutes (just be sure to have your paperwork ready, valid ID, and QR code for digital check-in), and got my blood drawn quickly with almost no pain. I am super impressed, since I know my veins are deep and hard to find. If I need any blood drawn in the future, I'd definitely come back here.

The wait is getting worse and worse they seem to be doing a lot more paperwork my 90 year old aunt always has to wait even with an appointment and while fasting. They should get more personal

Very long wait every time I have come to this Quest lab. Sometimes there’s only a few patients waiting but the staff is slow and moving at their own pace. Extremely frustrating wait time that can be prevented, if management stepped up

Such irresponsible people! Got my blood drawn last week (5 vials) and now they say my profile is not in record? How can they be so careless about patients! Also I had provided all insurance information online but I was sent back and asked to bring physical copy of the card. Even though I logged in to my insurance and showed them the card. Overall a very bad experience. How can you trust them with your health! Please find a better lab!

I'm really confused by the bad reviews of this place. I made a same day appointment online, and even changed my appointment multiple times because my work schedule kept changing. I showed up 15 minutes early and literally sat down for 30 seconds before a phlebotomist called my name. I was in and out within five minutes. The phlebotomist was friendly and gentle. I would have no hesitation coming back here!

I made an appointment online about 2 days in advance. I arrived 3 minutes after my appointment time, signed in on the little counter ipad (very easy), and sat down. After about 30 seconds, I saw my name go up to the top of the waiting list (shown on the TV monitor of the waiting room) with a wait time of "3 min". I waited right around 3-4 minutes, and was promptly called back to a lab cubicle. The tech was friendly and competent, and the blood draw was painless. They tripled checked that all my information was correct. The bathrooms were clean and presentable, as was the entire facility. Excellent experience.
