Last time shopping here! I stopped by at about 8:30 am as I normally do to pick up lunch for the day. I was at my trunk getting a bag and a fresh mask when an employee approached me and asked if I had an online order. I said no and she said that spot was online only. I said the sign says online order and customer parking which I thought was for both since it is in two colors. Instead of letting me know I misunderstood and to not park there next time, she said I have to move. That would have been reasonable if all of these \assigned spots\ were not open. I moved my car and went in to get lunch when I realize my business is not valued here. The store hardly has any shoppers and no lines, but I had to move my car for a potential online shopper? I will not be back.

Nancy@Deli both Amazing and Kind! After IN Person Pre ordering our deli order from the Self Identified Deli Manager Payton THREE Days in Advance - driving all the way from SF to pick it up Tues night Guess What Its NOT there. It was not Ordered. Nancy came to the rescue Kindly offering to cook up the order and Personally Deliver to us After she got off work. Nancy is the Best of the Best. This is our Favorite Store, Everyone who works here has always been so Nice. It has been a pleasure to shop here! Thank you Nancy for being Super Extra! We really Appreciate You! *Update: Tonite I called to Pre order our next Order - I requested Nancy - she wasnt in, instead I reached the self identified Deli Manager, when I fyi'd her what happened to our last order - also i asked her what happened, if we need to order from a manager this time - she was extremely rude identifying herself as THE MANAGER where as I asked her if we should order from the STore Manager going forward since the order i placed w the Deli Manager basically herself did not go thru - Her Response: You can give the manager the order I doubt they will take it but Im Not going to talk to you anymore CLIK. After calling back the IRL Manager picked up Clarifying the Self Identified Manager Is Not Actually a Manager. Not sure what is happening at this store but its very unprofessional to MisRepresent yourself as a Manager if you really arent. Especially as a Trusted Essential worker Preparing Food in Covid 19. If you cant be trusted Not to Lie to your customers at work why should we trust you to make our family food in Covid 19? Integrity and Ethics actually matter in Covid 19 when families are trusting you to prepare their food and youre out here lying to your customers.
