Where I was located, neighbors are fine, there's no noise after dark. Apartment looked great, recently renovated, but way too expensive for the quality of the apartment. You absolutley won't get your deposit back when you move out. Also they charged me 300 extra for cleaning, at 60 bucks an hour, so it took them 5 hours to clean a VERY small studio which even if it was dirty... it wouldn't take that long, BUT it wasn't dirty because I had it cleaned professionally....its not the worst to live but very pricey and you'll be charged for everything even things that don't exist. Good luck!

Worst place to rent, I understand this complex has to pay for maintenance and all these other services but these apartments are too expensive to start with, and when it comes to your deposit, they screw you over. We left this place clean, even rented a carpet cleaner, cleaned the fridge, deep cleaned everything only thing we left and didn’t move was the fridge and stove. And they still had it their way and took more than half our deposit? 354 to clean what, the walls outside the apartment? Seriously these guys are horrible, highly suggest you look for better apartments.

When I move out I dropped off the key on time I took picture and they charged me 3 days late. I provide professional cleaning services I trusty cleaning the place and wash the carpet and they charged me. For cleaning too. I now the system and i have proof everything. I asked to them to remove the charge of all of us not I will sue them. They removed the charge when I sent the proof. They make easy money from poor people. Very bad.

I moved out early because of rats. The pet control team got one then another one appeared immediately. There should be a big group of rats hiding somewhere.

The worst customer service ever . They are rude .and plus we faced many problems in the apartment we lived in the first floor we had mice entered every time even we close all the holes. we suffered from ant and molde on the whole. I dont advise nobody to move to this place .
