I went to this new location to replace my old units with an updated one to speed up my internet. This place is very nicely built and relaxing while you wait. Xfinity office is located outside of the Serramonte mall east side parking lot. If your internet is slow replace your MODEM for the correct one to match your data speed. I have the 150, max is 250

Poor customer service, you will receive different information from different representatives, oh and even though you have good credit you may not qualify for a mobile phone line because their credit checking system is "wonky." thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau
