Poor customer service especially with wallpaper. The only person who will ever help you with wallpaper is Richard their designer. The paint and stain side of the store treats wallpaper like it's the plague. Richard rarely works at the desk, doesn't return your phone calls and is constantly trying to set up design consultations with you that cost money. Shop somewhere else for wallpaper!

These people are theives! Richard said he placed my order for 1,500.00 worth of wallpaper but he simply swiped my card and never placed my orders and this was a week before they filed bankruptcy - just got their bankruptcy papers in the mail today. They must have known for quite a long time that they were not going to be able to fulfill the orders that their unsuspecting clients were paying them for. If Richard wasn't complicit in this deception then why did he not place my orders immediately as he said he would? He just ran my card without placing my order? That is flat out theft. I probably just helped ROBIN DALEY & DAREN HECKER pay their mortgage payment or car payment.

I went here to get the expertise that I wouldn't get at Loews or HD. I found the help a little wet behind the ears. They obviously stopped paying the wages to the old experts that used to staff this place in the past. Just good products at a premium price.
