Although it is very expensive but it is Bad bad so bad laundry , they damaged my winter thoub which cost me over one thousand SAR, I trust them to dry wash it carefully but the damaged the color. Unfortunately it not fixable and I lost my expensive winter thoub. I tried to find a way to speck to the manager with no luck, the number in contact will be responded by the workers who damage my thoub. The workers are not professional and do not treat customers with respect. I do not recommend you to use this laundery.

Even though the prices considered to be expensive, the quality is high. However they offer special treatment to remove dirty spots on the clothes but can not do that in rare cases. In addition, they do not accept socks or underwears for Hygiene purposes. Last but not least, they offer sewing for clothes.

Used to be the best laundry now they changed their staff and it’s horrible ..bad service!! It’s an expensive laundry but I used to be a regular customer because of the wonderful service! Truly disappointed

This laundry is the worst laundry I don’t recommend at all and here is why First it took them two days to wash 4 Jackets and one White shirt And after washing my jackets one of my new jackets that is very expensive they hand washed it as written down on the jacket and as the laundry man said it is better and they will wash it with care and on on on on ....... I checked my jacket and what I found is a large (Chemical Stain) on the left hand of the jacket and another one on the right hand and on the middle I want crazy and that is not it my other jackets has the same Chemical Stain and my White Shirt turned to yellow and There was no good smell on them as I expected and as how it should be all what i smell is my deodorant(AXE) that is soooo funny and at the same time frustrating I never write bad comments
