Their products quality and installation work are good and beautiful, so I gave the 3 stars, However, the remaining 2 stars I removed because their after sales services are not so good, scheduling is not accurate and warranty claims are not to be taken seriously by them I had one up and down LED light that goes off and needed a whole week calling them (begging) in whatsapp for an appointment to replace under warranty and each day they replay to me yes sir we will see and get back, we will check and get back, each day of the 7 days and after 7 days they replayed (sorry the up and down light is out of stock ! ) Come on man ! Seriously !!! I requested to order it as I do not want other type of light that will not be matching my lights theme and guess what no replay ! So, be careful this is what will happen after sales I decided to replace all of the 6 lights myself as it is really not worth my time wasting with them and in future probably I will be looking for another vendor for my garden decoration/renovation.

Great shop with grade A quality grass. The grass lean more to the natural color, instead of cheap bright green that look like artificial from a distance. The customer services are great, always welcoming and happy to hear any suggestions. The shop have: Land grass with many options to choose from color and length Wall grass, for example, 3d grass and different flowers and leafs There are light decorations, hidden, pole and balls light to decorate with. White stones, either glued or scattered for decoration. The process for the decoration is: 1- Schdeule an appointment with the consultant to measure the area and gives design idea of what’s going to look like. (This is for 200SR, deducted from the final price, if processed with operation of installing the garden.) 2- optional 3d sketch with 2 free modifications. (Also this 2000SR deducted from the final price) 3- Usually the installation process from 2 to 3 weeks to start. Moreover, only 1 to 2 days to install the garden depending on the size of the area.
So poor products and service. Also it's crazy expensive. Keep away from it
Scheduling and tracking is a miss. No respect for warranty and maintenance requests.
