I have chosen this estaminet for nice location close to the canal and a bit off the busy central square of Damme. Though I did not find the opportunity to get acquainted with the menu and prices in advance, it was easy to book a table in the Facebook page if the restaurant and the administrator was very polite and friendly. The prices in the menu might be higher than average, but portions are big, dishes are tasty and beautiful. We had enjoyed our stay very much.

I stopped here after biking from Bruges on a cold day. Lovely cafe and a great place to get in from the cold and grab a bite. The woman running the place was really friendly. She helped me with directions and in general created a great vibe. The waffle and hot chocolate were delicious as well.
Cosy interior, recently renovated/painted, big terras. It has been a while since I had such good, hand-made, shrimp croquettes. Would come again only for these!

Nice local place. Never cross the bridge before you double check the cars from the other side. Funny to watch.
