I had the great pleasure of meeting Dan at a networking event; and then coaching with him around my Karate performance at international competitions. I also heard him speak at an event, and I was very impressed about the knowledge he has on the human mind and brain. Regarding coaching, his strategies and techniques make you view your life and the world from a different, more positive and constructive angle, changing patterns of thinking. He gets you to a point of confidence in your abilities. And that is what one needs to succeed.

I really liked the informality of the session and how easily you were able to draw-out thoughts and ideas from me. Together, we were able to identify and address various problems and form cohesive and tangible thoughts around them. As a result of coaching, I have noticed a change in my daily motivation and can see a clear path of how to tackle work. I left the session with purpose and a clear idea of my plan of action, pleasantly surprised by what I learned about myself and very pleased with the outcome!
I undertook a coaching session with Dan after connecting with him on LinkedIn and it was an enlightening experience. Dan asked gentle probing questions that forced me to think about my core values and how those were applied to my life/business. With those in my mind we then discussed personal beliefs and how those could be blocking achievement of my goals and aspirations. Combining those thoughts we looked at how those values and beliefs gave me, both in business and in general, a purpose that drives me forward. Throughout the session Dan was supportive but also he challenged my answers to make me think differently or from a different perspective. I ended the session feeling lighter, positive and energised but with much to think about. I regularly review the notes from the session, as I incorporated them into my goals, to keep on track with business and life objectives. The session with Dan gave me an opportunity to take a step back from my busy life as a Mum, a business owner, a wife and my voluntary activities to focus on my needs - I totally recommend it!
Dan is an excellent listener and quickly grasped what my worries and concerns about my business were. He suggested new ways of thinking and practical solutions. He has a knack for grasping how the owner of a small business thinks and what problems they have. I have used his coaching and advice to enhance my business strategy and this is already paying off, with an increase in sales and commissions, including one from a major stately home.
