Came here two weeks ago with severe hip and back pain....just walking straight was a challenge. I am already back to walking and stretching on my own, plus I can sleep at night! Doctor Jimmy is very thorough; starts with x-rays to ensure he is identifying the correct root cause of pain. Would 100% recommend.

As a Cyclist and longtime chiropractic patient in Pennsylvania, I was extremely pleased to find Dr. Jimmy Smith and Daniel Island Chiropractic. The staff are welcoming, starting with Hannah who greets you with her great smile, Jessica the massage therapist who compliments Dr. Jimmy’s treatment and finally Dr. Jimmy Smith. This is a great team for your wellness. I have seen many chiropractors over the years for issues associated with a few cycling accidents. I will say none have been as thorough as Dr. Jimmy Smith. Dr. Jimmy Smith is truly interested in your well-being and will do all he can to help you on the road to recovery. The exercises and the stretching have helped immensely, but you must be persistent in doing them!!!! I know you can only award 5 stars on the review, but in my book, they’re a 10!!!!!! If you're looking for a great chiropractor, I highly recommend the Daniel Island Chiropractic team. You won't be disappointed!

Great chiropractor with a friendly and accommodating staff. Dr.Jimmy's primary focus is always on healing his patients. In addition to the adjustment services he provides, he has a great massage therapist to further his patient's treatment. Very professional establishment. I highly recommend.

I just moved to the area and did a lot of research to find a great chiropractor and I did. I previously worked for a chiropractor and I've been getting adjusted for at least 40 years. Dr. Jimmy is so good and and does manual manipulations which I prefer. Hannah, who works the front desk, is so friendly and professional. Jessica is the massage therapist and she has helped undo knots to relieve pain that I've had for 2 years. If you're looking for a great chiropractor I highly recommend DIC. You won't be disappointed!
