Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Not only did we waste over 4 hours of our time, I have never seen such disrespect. We were called in because my wife has a vehicle they were interested in. The sales man we had was wonderful and equally shocked at the treatment the finance manager, Nate long gave us. We will take our business else where for ever. Regardless of getting a deal done, there is a standard on how you treat people and this was a terrible experience.

Our salesperson, Jess, was amazing. She gave us several options based on what we told her we wanted. She walked us through the whole process very patiently and she stayed late to make sure we got what we wanted. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly, and our vehicle is a great fit for our family. We have worked with the service department once or twice, too, and they are great. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly, knowledgeable personnel and I appreciate their focus on the vehicle service. I would like to say that they probably need a more appropriate customer waiting area. You can hear everyone's conversations about their vehicles, payment questions, etc. The parts counter/lobby, customer waiting area, and service team are all one in the same so it can be very noisy/distracting and uncomfortable if you need to discuss payment options. A set away waiting room with some coffee and water would be nice especially if you have to wait for your vehicle. Thankfully they do offer to drive you home and pick you up if you're within 10 miles of the dealership.
