Dar Un Noor Academy is one of the best Islamic schools in Georgia(may Allah increase them and guide the leadership. Ameen). The teachers are highly qualified with over 10 years of classroom experience, and they seem to care about their students. The Pre-K teacher( sister Letitia) is exceptional! She loves and cares about each of her students and does a great job in preparing them for grade school. My child started reading even before he finished Pre-K thanks to her. Enrolling our child in Dar Un Noor Academy is one of the best decisions we have made as parents. My child is now in KG and we are very impressed with his progress so far. His MAP test scores are excellent and he's doing well in Qur'an and Arabic as well. I wish they had extra curricular activities for elementary school, but overall it's a great school. If you're a parent and looking for an Islamic education in a nurturing, loving, and Islamic environment for your child/ren, then look no further. You will never regret it!

Great school, good classroom size. May Allah swt bless them and increase them. My son is attending for the second year and enjoys it. I like the importance placed on excelling in math & science. They have an after school robotics team. And when he gets older, look forward to the schools Dual Enrollment program where he can take college courses and receive college credit while in high school. Alot of these low scoring posts are silly & highly specific (eg a bad phone call? So condemn a 30 year old Islamic school). May Allah swt have mercy on us. I would encourage anyone to enroll their children - Islamic environment without sacrificing quality education.

There are always things that can be improved upon. Overall it is a great school. I look forward to the gym opening and providing more sports for the children. The only thing I would say is better communication of up coming events. I think that has gotten better

Enrolling my daughter in DNA last year was one of the best decisions I've made for her. She progressed from honor roll to Principals honor in just a short time and has clarity and unbelievable determination and focus in her school and career path. Over the course of one year my daughter has blossomed into an intelligent, inquisitive, confident, \scientist \ as she now calls herself, because of the great efforts and sacrifices DNA staff continues to make each day. It was vital that my daughter be apart of a school that has great academic standards as well as moral, Islamic and ethical practices. DNA has been a blessing for me and my family and we worked extremely hard to get her to where she is. There are no perfect schools, there will always be room for improvement, but you get out what you put in no matter where you go. The soil is ripe at DNA, so that was half the battle. We did our part and because of that she won. A great job done!
