Very good medical college in North bihar its a oldest medical college in bihar. Many thing in its outstanding but many things need to improvement main improvement thing is it's drainage system . Very very poor drainage system in this campus a single rain is occurring in any season it's full of water and it's another words it's coming flood in the full campus. Many of department is flotting on water in the rainy season.

DMCH needs proper hospitality & doctor need to be available 24*7 so that people can get treatment at right time. DMCH also needs good & clean environment. Right now DMCH is not much clean.
