I have purchased multiple cars at various dealerships in the Montgomery County area and all of them fall short to DARCARS Volvo. They have an amazing team from sales, financing, to service. The staff is very welcoming, and everyone strives their best to provide an amazing experience to each customer. I started my buying process online and was contacted by Mo (Mohammad) from the sales team. He was kind, enthusiastic, and very helpful throughout the entire transaction. At NO time did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase or that I was “just another customer”. He also has a vast knowledge about the entire Volvo lineup and helped me find the perfect car for me and my budget. After working with Mo on my first purchase, I swore I would never buy another car from someone else. This past month I worked with Mo for the second time and once again it was THE BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. If you are in the market for a new Volvo, certified pre-owned, or any used car, you should go to DARCARS Volvo. DON’T FORGET to ask for Mo!

The advisor did a good job taking care of my car’s problem with a explanation of time spending on replacement job. The only thing I am not satisfied with was the unwillingness to help me change front tires to rear. The reason why I am saying this is because Volvo’s service is famous for outstanding service where I come from. But all I asked was about to change, and it’s something easy to do when mechanics fix my rotation pads. In addition to that, by the time I went back for the service, it was within 7 days after I bought it from CPO department. Obviously, he followed the protocol and asked me to speak with CPO manager about my request. That’s something disappointments me. When I walked next door attempted to say that, I couldn’t find the manager. So I give up eventually. The whole situation can’t happen in my country’s service protocol.

Everything was great at first, but then I found out they sold me a car with a hole on the trans, the warranty they sold me was a piece of toilet paper, warranty company didn’t cover anything I needed done. Had to come out of pocket 4200 dollars to replace the trans and continue to pay 19000 on a car I only had for 2 weeks before the transmission was no longer useable. GENERAL MANAGER told me I was on my own and that they weren’t going to do anything about.

The entire experience was unlike any previous vehicle purchase. It felt like we were at home talking with family. From our initial interaction, to the very end, everyone involved was very helpful and genuinely happy to assist us. Edit 2020: This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Darcars Volvo Rockville. Alexander Arman and Cristela Torres made me so comfortable, that I forgot I was purchasing a vehicle. They treat you like family and genuinely care about your requests and needs. I have never had a better experience than I have with the aforementioned individuals. I consider Alexander and Cristela family. Their attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond expectations, and genuine altruistic approach will keep me buying a Volvo for years to come. The greatest experience you could have!
