Wonderful place full of spirituality. Your notice board states do not ask for help from person in the tomb( this is misleading & the sort of information I would find in Saudi). The Awliyā of Allāh, interact with this Dunyā (world), even after their death, and they eliminate difficulties and help the needy. Those in grief and seek their help, are successful in reaching their objectives And as Muslims we believe the ability to help anyone else is solely given by Allāh Almighty. No one can help, or do anything in general, without the consent and the Will of Allāh.

One of the places you can visit from Malatya on a day tour especially in summers. There is long walk alongside the small river. Its a must picnic spot for families.

Serene place with a park along the creek next to the sanctuary. Visited here April 2019 while on an Intrepid Travel tour. Our guide shared to amazing life story of Simuncu Baba and we enjoyed visiting the museum. It had just rained and I loved the refection of the building on the flooring

the Külliye contains the tomb of Sheikh Hamidi Veli, a 14th-century Muslim teacher and ascetic better known as Somuncu Baba. The tomb itself is in a 17th-century mosque set right against a cliff face, with a sacred fishpond and single minaret in front of it. To one side is a large modern mosque with an unusual wooden ceiling of recessed stars within stars.

Great mosque in remember for the so-called Islamic teacher and preacher Somuncu Baba. Clean place also very beautiful canyons around the building.
