I am visiting savannah and found an abandoned kitten in a random wooded area of a highway off ramp. I took the kitty in and started reaching out to places to help take it in. Where most said they were full, castaways responded right away. In a matter of minutes I was linked up with a loving foster mom who will care for her through adoption. Castaways is doing amazing work with caring, selfless volunteers committed to saving animals. Please consider a donation if you can! They are awesome!
