Outstanding service. I had my car towed here after my starter failed. They replaced the part and gave me a very thorough inspection in short order. It was probably about 5 hours between drop off and pick up which is pretty good since I didn't mak any kind of appointment. Steve at the front desk was kind and very knowledgeable; He took extra care to explain what was wrong and was overall more attentive than someone at a dealership would be. Strongly recommend them, they've certainly earned my business going forward.

Repaired timing chain on 13 buick regal and now I think the balance shaft chain tensioner is causing issues. Will contact tomorrow

After patronizing Darien Tire & Auto for decades, I was sold a 1,000 used part with a 6,000 mi warranty. After 3,000 mi I had trouble with the car continually stopping. I was told \the (part) is simply having trouble communicating with the auto's computer.\ Wrong!!! At 6,500 mi the 1,000 part totally failed. No refund. No replacement. Nothing! This happened after 2 decades of loyal patronage to these guys.

I needed to basic repairs that were not complicated. I was charged 100 for an estimate and I have used many other repair places and no one has ever charged me 100 towards an estimate. It did not go towards the repair bill either. They did not fix one of the repairs. Initially told me I would be able to get a ride to and from my home which was only a mile and a half away. After they had my money and my vehicle was still not fixed, they refused to give me a ride to and from my home. They were not courteous either after they got my money. They overcharged me significantly.

Absolute scam artists who pray on their customers ignorance. When questioned about any basic mistakes on their part they verbally attack you. Had breaks and rotors replaced at their shop. They completely installed the equipment incorrectly multiple times, and used incorrect hardware intended for the rear break calipers. The result was less than 5 months before the rotors were scored badly, and pads worn completely from hanging up. Best part was finding the rapper of the brake pads, with the shops and gm’s name / address stuffed into my frame, days after the installation and lug nuts missing. When I called to discuss this issue the GM used profanity and was completely unprofessional.
