I choose Dave Lyon for his knowledge of the real estate market, his“Can do “ attitude, and his persistence! He developed an intensive marketing plan to cover all phases of my transaction. Dave was a fantastic real estate broker! He came in at the last minute to “rescue” me from a terrible broker from another firm who failed to put my condo on for a realistic price. She kept hoping we would get more generous offers, which never happened. I put my condo on for sale in April and lost valuable time during the summer when she should have encouraged me to drop the price. He took over when my 6 month commitment was over and understood and empathized with my predicament. I could go on and on about how negligent she was about getting back with me in a timely manner, etc. Even though I lost a significant amount of my original investment, he did the best he could under the circumstances. Dave was so supportive and helpful in trying to make the best of the situation. He has a great outlook and works so hard for his clients. I would choose to use him again in a heart beat. Whomever is fortunate enough to have him as their realtor, will be lucky to have his representation, due to his drive, knowledge, and expertise!
listed for months with someone else, no response, within a week of David's taking over, the house was rented. Hard worker, detail oriented, trustworthy, really does his best for his customers.
