Simple job, recover an already existing form for a hallway bench. I purchsed the fabric from the shop, it took four weeks to complete. Very lumpy, not even margins. They offered to correct, took another 9 days and looks exactly the same. There was obviously nothing done to fix it. I was told that my fabric was thicker which accounted for the lumps......no, they rewrapped the form unevenly.
