Donna is the best Sales Rep I have ever worked with. She was patient with me, listened to my needs, and helped me narrow down my search by process of elimination. I never felt I was being pushed into a price or vehicle I didn’t want. I got what was right for me. She was knowledgeable of the 2021 Escape. Sally the Sales Manager gave me a great trade in for my vehicle I brought in. I FELT VALUED AND APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER! It was a wonderful buying experience. I highly recommend Donna, Sally, and Hodges Ford!

If I could have placed less than one star I would have. Took truck in for 2 small recalls on Feb 24, 2020, as of today March 12 still not back. The truck is a King Ranch 2019 only 8 months old. We were not having any problems prior to taking it in to them. Mechanic said transmission was leaking and now we do not know what they have done. Emailed owner 3 times and he has yet to respond to us. I asked for him to call me but no response. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. From the service department staff to the service manager to the owner none of them care that the truck has been there for almost one month!
Chris and the entire service department were very friendly and eager to help me when my vehicle (that I purchased elsewhere) was having issues. I have to say, they all showed me the best customer service I have seen in a very long time! I will definitely be using them for all my future needs.
I was in the market for a truck and found one here at Hodges that caught my eye. Called them up to inquire about it and set up a test drive. Showed up and met with Larry, super nice guy. Test drove the truck and got down to business. Super easy no hassle. Had to wait around for a little bit as they did some last minute additions to the truck. Talked with some of the staff there that were all super friendly. I highly recommend Hodges Ford if you’re in the market for a vehicle. I’m very happy with my truck and experience. Thanks guys!!!!
10 out of 10 recommend!!! I worked with Kailyn and had a WAY better experience with them, than then other dealership I went to. They got me done with 1000 down and the other dealership told me they couldn’t do anything unless i had 6000 to put down.
