Excellent customer service and communication. Everything handled quickly and very professionally. Service advisor Paul Bialy was very helpful and courteous. The loaner vehicle was clean and ready for me as soon as I arrived. Minor service and inspections were completed and thorough. My only complaint is with Jaguar in that my warranty was not applied as I was told by Jaguar, very unprofessional! 5 stars for Roger Penske's wonderful people and facility! No stars for Jaguar!

Hi, me and my wife were looking to change our Toyota to Range Rover Velar, when we got to the dealership we actually tried Jaguar as well. And we liked the Jaguar. Luke, Carrie and Claudia was very helpful when it came to my purchase of my new Range Rover! Luke was a gentlemen throughout the whole process when discussing pricing and the different trim levels available. Carrie is very knowledgeable and patient when it came to showing us all the different features and functionalities of the car. Claudia, the business manager spent a great deal of time with us explaining the terms and agreement of our purchase.
