Excellent customer service. Never had a bad experience here or at any other location. Great selection, great staff, ok prices (sometimes better than the big box stores). Returns and exchanges are easy even without a paper receipt. Always happy to come here.

I can not thank the women at this location enough. I called them frantically looking for assistance in getting a few stinky knots out of my long haired kittens tail and back legs. Ronnie and the other woman (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) helped me in this strange hectic situation and took care of my new fur baby and me like we were family. The most thoughtful people I have ever met. They gathered things in the store for me while I got kitten situated and really turned around my entire day. Will be driving from norwalk past every pet store to come here from now on. These people care!!!

Nice pet store huge selection on anything to do with pets including grooming ,a tad expensive, but you'll get top notch care if leave your pet for services. Prices on food , toys etc are a bit high but they run all types of sales and clearances
