Was traveling from Florida to Pittsburgh with my family in our truck & travel trailer when we lost the tread from one of our trailer tires. I called Ponsell’s and they had the tires in stock and at a very fair price. We pulled in and saw a clean and organized shop with a friendly team that jumped right to replacing all four trailer tires. We had great service and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area or traveling through. Thank you!

I had them look at my vehicle and determined the valve cover gaskets need replacing and quoted me 250 for labor plus parts. Took the vehicle on the scheduled date and dropped it off. Close to the end of the day called and was told it was not going to be ready until tomorrow at 3. After 3 days of tomorrow after 3 I went to the location. Was met outside and told \the gaskets are done and it just won't run\ I asked why. THE OWNER MECHANIC STATED \DON'T KNOW THIS HAPPENS SOMETIMES\ was blown away the mechanic can't make my truck run. Two days later, which makes the entire time 1 week including weekend and 2 days I got the call to get my vehicle. When I payed the bill I was charger 450 for labor. When the owner was told you said 250, he said I did not say that thats too much work for that? Like I maid that up. Then he tells me we broke your power steering pump but I replaced it no charge to you, but I did use my clamps instead of the factory clamps and charged me for it. After paying this and driving my truck for 2 days noises began to occur that were not normal. Took my truck to a real mechanic and learned they had not put my truck together correctly, and alot of the parts were loose. The real mechanic also found Ponsells had poored radiator stop leak in my radiator, which was causing an issue with my heater coil and heater. Never wrote a bad review until now. Hope my 650 dollar lesson helps someone
