New male teller inside this bank branch (Darien) doesn't wear mask. It makes people very nervous going to this bank. I prefer to go to Oak Brook where everyone follows Covid19 guidelines. Management needs to work on implementing guidelines on wearing mask. I came to this branch after a year and it looks very dirty and ceiling is falling apart.

Their drive thru sucks! Been sitting here for 10 minutes. All I am here for is to make a cash deposit! Not that hard. Only 1 teller on a Friday afternoon! Ridiculous! Update - the last 3 times I have gone the service has been great!!!
Since only 1-2 bankers on call on site during COVID-19 pandemics, some of them are quite unfriendly because they are busy.
