Worth the ride over to them. Highly recommended. Iv spent a couple thousand dollars worth on modifications for my bike and had no idea a 50 suspension tweak would be the best one so far. Feels like I'm riding on rails.. a completely different bike. The ride home was an amazing experience.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. First time customer, treated me like a long time repeat customer. Had me adjusted and back on the road in 30 minutes. My bike rides like it's supposed to now. Thanks!

I nearly damaged the upper eyelet on my TTX shock using another brand preload collar without the thrust bearing due to the spring spinning and twisting the shock. After watching a youtube vid on Dave Moss’ channel about different preload collars I searched vigorously and found the collar with thrust bearing here at Track Side Suspension! Machining of the collar and fit of the preload stick is far superior. But the most important caveat is the set screw trackside includes has a hard plastic end to avoid deforming the threads on your shock body. Without the plastic at the end of the set screw or placing a hard density foam as a buffer using a regular set screw you can say good bye to your shock body. The other brand does not include set screws and makes no mention of potentially damaging the threads on your shock body. Very satisfied with this collar. Just wish it was easier to google search but glad I found it!

TSE helped me transform my bike. They not only installed new suspension, but more importantly, helped me tune it properly. I now have much greater cornering confidence knowing the machine is setup properly and compliant. The team as TSE went above and beyond. They stayed late on a holiday weekend to fine-tune the setup. They swapped out three sets of springs until everything performed to their specifications. If I'd have taken the bike to a local shop, the bike would still have springs two sizes too stiff per the manufacturer's recommendations. TSE took the time and energy to do it correctly. It would have been easy for them to install the springs sent with the forks and send me on my way. But they didn't; they have pride in their work and did the bestp possible job they could do. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I am not a racer; rather I am a street rider working to improve my technique. They treated me with respect and were very helpful giving advice. I intend to try the track and after informing them, they took time out of their Friday afternoon to give me advice and share their wisdom. They did all of this for a fair price with a smile on top! A big thank you to everyone at TSE!!
