Amazing continental restaurant for breakfast and dinner.. she make some authentic continental always freshly prepared along with amazing tea/ coffee.. also a very knowledgeable lady, shares so many things about Darjeeling, ancient history and local culture. A must visit when someone is in Darjeeling, 5min walk from mall.

Small continental restaurant near mall. Run by a local family. Food quality awesome. For 4 person breakfast cost 1000 if you try almost everything.. wooden decoration. Must try hash brown and pan cake.

Quaint place with good food great service. Be mindful of the quantity, the pancakes can easily feed two unless both are famished. Breakfast platter is attractive. Coffee could have tasted better to support the claim of filter coffee. P.S. - Filter coffee of vellore sets a standard.

Tucked away in a narrow lane, the breakfast is indeed lovely. The coffee can give a lot of fancy chains a run for their money. The cheese omelette and hash brown were delicious and exuded a homemade warmth. Definitely worth visiting esp if you want to avoid the overcrowded options on the Mall Road

The tiny shop is a treasure of Darjeeling! Tourists generally make long queue in front of Keventer's and Glenary's to have English breakfast but do not pay heed to this shop. It is on Dr. Zakir Hussein Road, 3-4 minutes walk away from Chowrasta (Mall). You must try their Hash browns, Goat Cheese, Honey-Lemon tea and the PANCAKE! The pancake with banana and honey/chocolate is heavenly Highly recommended.

Sonam's is truly a wonderful breakfast place. Their 'hash browns', which are actually large potato galettes, are delicious, and pair wonderfully with the roasted tomatoes and salty fried eggs. I didn't try their coffee, but their ginger honey lemon is the best I have tasted anywhere in my life.

A small, cosy cafe at five minutes walk from Chowrasta. Went there because of the highly rated reviews. It's could be good place for solo backpackers looking for cheap yet healthy options. Overall liked it.
