Pity I can't give 10 starts. It really is a site to be hold. I had a great time here.

Fun and unexpected! Perfect little spot to stop at for breakfast, lunch or just a cup of coffee. We took a short detour through Darling on our way to Paternoster. Stetched our legs and enjoyed a delicious cappuccino before we took the last stretch to Paternoster. Make sure you go and look at the Evita museum which is also there.

As always Darling was a must stop for us and what is Darling without Evita se Perron. We had lovely food and was taken on a journey through time through the eyes of a legend and folk icon with snippets of the history of the country and lots of moments with Evita Bezuidenhout. It has changed a bit since the previous visit but is still evenly entertaining. Glad to see that this spot was kept alive.

Best cheese cake ... and I'm an expert cheese cake lover! Quirky, engaging and entertaining; this is a museum that is always worth a visit. Lovely book and farm stall-type shop, topped off with an eccentric sculpture garden. Well worth a visit.

Evita Bezuidenhout has been part of our household since 80's. I went on a bike trip with a friend. We saw the sign to Evita se Peron while driving around Darling. What a pleasant surprise. A little museum...takes you back a couple of years. Amazing collection. They are busy with some improvements we will definately stop there again.

The staff were friendly. The train restaurant has closed but they opened a new restaurant on a different side. They have a wonderful little bookshop and stationary shop.
