Very good service, punctual and professional. I called on Wednesday afternoon and he was here on Thursday morning. He gave us advise on laundry usage and best locations. Unfortunately our laundry couldn't be repaired. I would call him again if I have any issue with my appliances.

My 8 plus year old Zanussi was not working. I rang the number after seeing all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. I left a message and they got back to me very promptly and arranged a time to visit. The gentleman doing the repairs turned up in good time, and managed to fix the problem. He was also was honest in that he said that because the washer/dryer was old there may be further problems down the line, and it may in future be more cost effective to buy a new one. He also needed to disable the dryer function in order for the washing machine part to work. However I don't use the dryer much, and paying 60 for the call out and repair was a far less expensive option then buying a new washing machine. If the worst came to worst I would not have bought another washer/dryer as they are too expensive and I was told the combination of washer/dryer does tend to have more issues then a washing machine that only washes. I have since then done a few loads and it has been working perfectly. I would definitely use Dart365 again for good effective service and good value.
I rang did not get a reply but they called back. I got very good professional advice about my cooker. After talking with them I realised it was no use repairing my cooker which is old and I would struggle getting parts.I would highly recommend. They were honest with me. Thank you!
Didn’t end up using them as it seems that I’m going to need a new dishwasher, but honestly, their service was so good. Very honest and very friendly. They could have easily told me that they would need to come and inspect my appliance first and there would be a 50 call out charge. However he asked me some questions and told me instantly that it would be too expensive to fix and it would be better to get a new one. Wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys in the future or recommend them to others.
