Absolutely brilliant helpful, friendly staff nothing is too much for them. Always buy our balloons here service is fantastic wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to create what we want and make them special for any occasion we require. Myself and family have been buying all our balloons, decorations cards for as long as I can remember. I always recommend them. Love them

Really saddened to see such a bad review as this store and the staff went above and beyond for me this weekend. I had balloons ordered for a friend who needed a cheer up after losing her job. Personalised balloons at no extra cost alongside ideas and suggestions from the staff. I highly recommend this shop and their other branch in The Priory Centre in Dartford. Balloons, cards, paper, gifts and everything else party related. Excellent service and superb quality of customer care. Thank you to the staff who work there.

I have been buying balloons at this shop for over 10 years and have never had poor service or a faulty balloon. Always had great service and they have often stayed late or opened early so I can collect. I don’t go anywhere else for my balloons and would encourage others to do the same. Great shop with great staff.

I am absolutely appalled with the service I received today. I am a loyal customer that has supported this independent business for years. I buy balloons for my children on every single birthday from here, but not anymore! I paid 8 for a balloon that deflated within 10 mins of me getting home. I drove all the way back to the shop to explain what happened and was told " its definitely my fault their is a tear in it" Over all the years of buying balloons not 1 has deflated within that space of time and I feel the customer service i received was disgraceful. Their was no proof of how the tear got their in the first place all I know is that it deflated within 10 mins of me being home! Their is nowhere this balloon could of teared as I have always been super careful getting them in and out the car and I would of heard a noise had I of popped it anywhere. I then asked if i could have a refund and I was also declined a refund! As a upset customer I then said " I will not be shopping here ever again" to which the lady standing behind the till said " dont then!" Never received customer service like this I have basically lost out on 8 and had to go all the way to bluewater card factory to buy another balloon! Total inconvenience and not what you want a day before your sons birthday. Ballons 4 u service really upset me, being a loyal customer I really thought they would help the situation, instead I was told " their is nothing they can do" Well done balloons 4 u, practically robbing customers money. The worst thing about this is I am not the first customer this has happened to and certainly not the last. Shop elsewhere do not give these people your money.

Can not recommend these ladies enough Super super helpful always wouldn’t go anywhere else for my balloons & party supplies These ladies go above and beyond to make sure every party and celebration we have is perfect. Been shopping here for many years now always a friendly face when we walk in and can honestly not do enough to help and make sure everything is perfect.

I have been getting my balloons from them for years has to be over 20 years the staff are very friendly & very helpful always do an amazing job what ever I asked them to do always 100% and if they dont have the balloon you want they would ring the other shop and ask if they have it or they will order for you no problem the service 100% I would never ordered my balloons from anyone else
