If I could leave 0 or minus rate, I would happily do that. Worst ever, unskilled lift company in the UK. Our communal lift in the block is not working for months. When Liftec attends, only thing they do is a yellow sticker on the lift \out of service\ And the drama begins... It takes ages to repair the lift, Android eventually Liftec will fix the lift, just (listen this) the lift is ok for 24 hours and then...it will stop working, for another 2-3 weeks. Nightmare of a company. They should sell popcorns not fixing lifts but then, who wants to wait 2-3 weeks for a bag of popcorns. Do not buy a property if Liftec is maintaining the lifts.

Liftec are absolute f**king terrible. I have only once seen a good Liftec lift. They are generics, generics and they are still generics. Never get a new installation from them. The only good Liftec I saw was from 2004, and it had pre-doors which was very unexpected for these kinds of lifts. That lift was at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole near the NEC, and they only reason this lift was of decent build quality was because it was actually a modernisation of a 2nd generation Express. Why couldn't they just leave the Express alone? That lift was much better before the Liftec tw**s came along and added Dewhurst buttons, Stentorgate voice, and a blind VF drive. W**kers.

Seen in a LIFTEC lift in London [a Double Tree by Hilton Hotel ... the following inkorrect symbol 'Kg'. It's disappointing that some lift/elevator manufacturers use this inkorrect symbol for the kilogram, The correct symbol is 'kg' [lower case letter k and lower case letter g].
