Way to go with the new remote check-in, the site tells you when to enter the gym. Your social distancing is great and the number of members in the gym at one time is controlled, The trainers multitasking by calling out encouragement and constantly sanitizing. I love being back at the gym!!

Absolutely amazing and empowering place. Comfortable and encouraging for any fitness level. Trainers are phenomenal at finding the perfect balance between motivating you to push yourself harder, yet recognizing the progress each individual member is making. Having the free kids area made it possible for me to invest in myself and show my kids how important it is to have a strong, healthy and happy mom.

No matter your shape, size, or fitness level these ladies are rocks stars! They take time with each member to better techniques (even when the gym is crazy busy). They help you push harder when you think you can't. Very happy with my decision to become a member.

This place is great, Ive been coming for more than 2 years now. The program definitely works to get you in shape. Ive always been on and off at the gym (mostly off) - and I realize now that I was spending way too much time there when i did go! I also find jogging extremely repetitive/boring. This program is not boring, its fun, and it only takes 30 minutes. Its also rewarding over time to watch yourself gain strength and skill . All you have to do is show up three times a week - once you are through that door you can't turn back and by the end of the circuit you will feel good: The adrenaline rush is way better than jogging for sure. This is soooo much better than jogging in every way - once you do this you will NEVER JOG AGAIN!!! ;)
