David just did an appraisal for me for my mortgage transfer. I am an investor so it is not the first time I deal with appraisers. I would say David is the best appraiser I meet so far. His communication was fast and precise. He was very reasonable and considered all aspects of my property. He went extra way to gather information I provided but not necessarily obvious on the property...i.e. my appraisal happened in winter and he would consider my landscaping in summer based on the pictures I have combined with what he saw at the property. He also considered my urgent need for the appraisal (the appraisal was one day before the renew date...so yeah it was urgent) and provided the result to the bank within a couple hours of the visit....(that is about the time you need to be on hold if you call your bank...I bet you know what I mean :) So yeah I recommend David to whoever needs an appraisal done :)
David was a pleasure to get my first appraisal done he explained the process as he went and was very responsive in getting back to me in a timely fashion had I had any questions. What I liked the most was how knowable he was and that the process was quick and painless from start to finish.
