Dave was amazing :) super quick install and very accommodating for the date and time of the appointment. Very knowledgeable and friendly, when we or anyone we know needs heat pumps or anything ventilation wise we will call Allstar.

Even though I brought my air exchange from a competitor (who is suddenly unreachable), Dave really helped me out by sending over a couple of pros to install some extra ducts and remote control. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, quality work and a good price. My go-to from now on
Dave and his crew were on time, very neat and thorough. Our new unit is up and running as well as having two wireless timers installed in about an hour. Excellent crew, I recommend their service.
Called them. Made appointment to come to my home to look at replacing my hvac. Came on time. Told me what I was able to install in my small space. They came and installed as per the price quoted. No surprises. Very professional and knew what they were doing. Have a small problem with my unit. After calling them they quickly arrived and rectified the problem. Would very highly recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully I will be asking them to do a full heat pump install in the near future. Wish every company was this good to deal with.

I'd give a zero but I can't. Took the day off work and waited for them but they didnt show up or even call to tell they weren't coming. Brutal.
Booked this weeks ago, waiting and no show, no call or anything. So I called, and was told that "i had some rental units in the city to do" No apology or anything. Says "I will call you back to rebook" . . I don't understand when courtesy became extinct, I really don't. UPDATE: Called BREATHE CLEAN who can also clean a UTL.
